Getting worse-update

9/5/15 update- the look books dont always show up. In fact most often it says I have 6 or so new books and I can only see 4-5. The kicks are limited to only one look book per day and its not worth looking through them if the subject doesnt interest me. This needs fixed!

Last couple updates have improved the product. Customer service is still too slow, if at all.
Never heard back from SK for the following: However, I cannot invite people. Tried, but never recv credit for them. 3 people and no credit for that. And, not receiving Kicks at a store.
