Its fun when it works right. I have problems getting it to work right when I walk into stores.

Easy to use and straightforward

It takes quite a while to earn enough points to get a gift card, but its easy and pretty fun. Ive never had a problem redeeming points unlike some other apps Ive read about.

I just started using shop kicks and invited 14 friends. One of them joined and I never got any kicks

I have almost 40,000 lifetime points. I have to admit I too am disappointed that the daily products have not had a surprise kick at the end. If you want me to scan your ads there needs to be a incentive. Was sad to see JcPenney is no longer participating in the scans or points for purchase. I also just spent $1000 at Best Buy and my receipt shows my shop kick ID but its been three days and no points. I emailed the help email and sent copies of my receipt as instructed and was emailed and told to give it a couple of more days and send a copy of my receipt a different way. Instructions were not very clear. I hope I am able to get them to give me my points!

I dont mind the videos replacing the surprise envelopes because you dont have to spend an hour searching through everything to find the envelopes. But how often do the videos reset?

This app is like a modern day scavenger hunt, but you earn gift cards in the process!!! Its fun, but takes a while to earn. Great app!!

It ok at the beginning I received a lot of points but know it doesnt give much points at this time. What I dont like is that you cant delete the old ads. But last year I brought items and paid a penny for it. App needs a improvement.

This was a great app. It was a fun way to save money with my kids. As the years have gone by more and more kicks stopped. Now there are few walk in kicks and no daily kicks and with the most recent update there arent kicks in the day to day books as in the past. Please return it to what it use to be.

Used to like this app until their latest update which eliminated daily points, even walk in points are poultry at best when they work. The incentive to use this app is becoming harder and harder!

When I originally downloaded this app, I had fun collecting kicks while shopping but also got a few kicks by looking through the categories. With the latest update, Ive looked through the categories but there are no kicks to be found or had!!!! Ive seen other reviews where they get kicks for watching videos but even that only happened 1 time since the videos started. I certainly dont have all the stores list in the app to go shopping at so I cant apparently make this company enough money by just going to a meager 1 or 2 stores. I think Im just going to cash in what I have and delete this thing. What a disappointment!!!!

This app is pretty neat. It shows me new things that I would never normally be interested in and I can earn points for free things. Ive received numerous gift cards which I love.

I love being able to accumulate points going to places that I frequent anyway. I have earned two $25 gift cards so far and will continue to tell others about this fun app!

Same complaint. Love the idea, hate the frustration of finding items, scan them & then nothing. Walk ins work 75% of the time. Other than that it is fun and rewarding!

9/5/15 update- the look books dont always show up. In fact most often it says I have 6 or so new books and I can only see 4-5. The kicks are limited to only one look book per day and its not worth looking through them if the subject doesnt interest me. This needs fixed! Last couple updates have improved the product. Customer service is still too slow, if at all. Never heard back from SK for the following: However, I cannot invite people. Tried, but never recv credit for them. 3 people and no credit for that. And, not receiving Kicks at a store.

I never get a good connection in Walmart or TJmax. Also not getting daily kicks after reviewing products daily. Seems it takes longer to accumulate kicks for gift cards. I do like seeing new products and hope you will consider bringing back mystery kicks.

I enjoy using, but thought you get a better gift card than what I got once I gathered the points. Now Im trying for something bigger. Doesnt always capture points on walk-ins and living in small town the scans products we dont have in our stores. Gonna take me longer. I dont always remember to use it either.
