Love this app! Customer service is incredible!

I love using this site to scan items to earn points. It helps me discover new products in the store.

Made an online purchase using this app from Lowe’s for $380 3 weeks ago. Followed instructions and never received my rewards for making the purchase through the app. Not sure how much I can trust it.

I’m keeping both eyes open and making sure I submit my receipt immediately. I am also trying not to wait to spend my gift cards as I don’t want any more big “oops” issues again. Other than walking on eggshells, I’m still enjoying Ibotta. I did just have a concer/confusing moment inside Walmart. I was purchasing Tresseme 28 ounce shampoo and conditioner separately. I scanned the shampoo first to make sure I got the right one as only two particular varieties were valid for the rebate. When I attempted to scan the conditioner, it wouldn’t allow me. It only gave me the option to set a reminder. I may just not have known how to rest that feature possibly. Regardless. I ran with it assuming since it was the same variety, it would be fine. It appears to be all good, All’s well that ends well. THANK YOU SHOPKICKS! Please keep helping me save money! It’s a win-win, because I enjoy it AND save $$!

I’ve been using this app for years and love it but something broke in the most recent update. It crashes every single time I try to view a collection, screen or video within the app. Please fix this, very frustrating.

If you go to the store to shop might as well scan items while you’re there. It’s free money. Yes I’ve made $ from scanning items. I used the money to do more shopping at the store I scanned items at. Win Win!

Have used the app since 2019 with no issues until I was affected by the old spice deal/ scandal. I did eventually get all the kicks back, but have been unable to redeem my kicks since. Reached out to customer support and was told I told I couldn’t redeem any gift cards d/t having multiple accounts and my account was deactivated. I only had one account and over 130,000 kicks at the time. What a nightmare. Don’t bother wasting your time and money.

Love this app, just wish I could earn more points, quicker

The app used to be great several years ago, but recently it’s just “meh.” As a single person, it takes several months to earn enough points for a reward. And if anything goes wrong, the customer support is low wage workers who simply copy and paste standard automated responses. But at least it’s free to use and get rewarded.

I Love free money! I find some new products sometimes that I continue to buy. I can get kicks on products I was going to buy anyway. Sometimes there are no kicks for what’s on my list.

I love getting kicks, I just wish there was another way to get them cause I live a long way from the stores and don’t get to go real often.

Walk in kicks hardly ever work for me now. I’m constantly submitting reports but it’s never fixed. Scan for kicks is iffy as well. It always says it’s the wrong item when that’s not the case. I find myself using it less often since it’s such a pain. It’s a great concept when the app works properly.

Awesome app!!! Only thing is they need to update the map area in the app bc new stores open in areas and are not registering in the miles radius. I’ve had a Target in my area for months and it still says that the closest one is 26 miles away (in Fayetteville, NC) when I’m in the new open store in Southern Pines, NC.

Been using for a long while & when with kids, it’s a fun way to keep them entertained and it becomes a bit of a scavenger hunt. In general, I’ve never had issues with incorrect payouts or lost credits & wait till the holidays to cash out & supplement for some fun gifts. But over the past 6 months or so I’ve noticed the kicks opportunities are significantly less and frequently there are many products that the stores don’t sell - not just that they’re out of stock but I was curious & checked and that particularly size or type isn’t sold at all by the store. Values have gotten much less, too. Not sure if some advertisers have pulled out or something, but find I’m using it much less and the effort isn’t worth the payout as much. But, still a decent & reliable app with easy interface and better than most alternatives.

I’ve had the app for 8 years and I absolutely love it!! If you need $5 to spend at Walmart then just go scan the products in the app and get the gift card before you even leave the store! Shopkicking is so much fun!!!

We use to get 100, 200 walk-in scans. The videos worked better. Sometimes the scan won’t work. The scans are not appropriate for the stores they are listed under.

I enjoy this app saved a lot on household items

I never get my kicks when they’re owed to me. I purchased things online and you guys put a tentative date of 90 days that I should receive those kicks I wouldn’t have given you one Starr if I could’ve done this rating without it. With the way, the stores are having to lock everything up because we have a stupid government that lets people steal products it makes it really difficult to scan the merchandise. I can’t see my kicks activity anymore.

I have a bunch of shopping apps, but this one is my favorite! I earn $ while I get my workout steps in for the day. At the same time, I enjoy the discounts on many beverages, food items, vitamins and other grocery items that they offer at different stores!

We like doing this while trying to be stress free and getting gift cards. It is annoying a lot of times when we can’t find items, or when you scan an item but the next person can’t. Also, it is very disappointing when items pop up giving a lot of points but, you guessed it, there are nowhere to be found. Otherwise, like I said, gift cards that don’t cost your anything while you shop anyway.

The app is in the way up. I was very impressed over the holidays as to how many awards they were allowing us to earn. Thank you shop kick.

This is an easy app to use. It’s fun and easy to use. What a great way to earn rewards to buy the things I want!

I do love using Shopkicks, but there a few issues. The taking pictures for extra kick after scanning the barcodes has never worked, so I just skip it each time it comes up. Also, the 1 kick videos don’t always give you the kicks. Other than that I do enjoy Shopkicking.

I enjoy Shopkicks very much! It’s fun and easy and I learn about new products, as well. The Shopkicks rack up quickly and it’s always nice to collect another gift card. I am very happy with Shopkicks!

Love scanning barcodes at the stores and build up my shopkicks quickly. Grandkids love doing the presents and videos for me and they say “ding”.

It used to be very good but in the past year I’ve not gotten any credit for my purchases. Pls put Marshall’s back on.
